Shipping and delivery
To keep it clear, you will find below the delivery times in a schedule. If anything is unclear please check DHL or contact our customer service.
When will my package be delivered?
Using your postcode and house number you can see at what time the driver can expect your package. After placing the order you will receive a track and trace number within 12 hours. Orders placed on working days before 17:00 hours will be delivered the next working day. With the exception of public holidays*.
Not at home?
With your zip code and house number you can see up to three days in advance at what time you can expect the package delivery. If the DHL can not deliver a package, they offer it to your neighbors. If the package has not yet been delivered, you will receive a message from the deliveryman. On this message you will find a 'not home code'. With this code you can contact DHL for a second delivery at a day, time and location that suits you better.
Pick up your parcel
If you and your neighbors are not at home at the time of the second delivery and you have not been able to accept the package, then you can pick up the package at one of the DHL post offices with a message from the delivery person. You have three weeks to do so. After that the parcel will be returned to the sender. Do not forget to bring your proof of identity when picking up the parcel.
No delivery at the neighbors?
If you prefer not to have your package delivered to your neighbors, you can ask the sender to write "home address only" on the package. In that case the DHL will offer the package to you only. Parcels with an increased liability are of course not delivered to the neighbours. These packages will be offered to you a second time. If you are not at home the second time, then you can collect the parcel from one of the DHL post offices with a note from the delivery person.

Do not forget to bring your proof of identity when picking up your package.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for orders in Europe are free above € 500.00. Below 500,00€ shipping costs of 12,00€ will be charged when ordering. You never pay shipping costs afterwards.
